From Rock Bottom to My Dream Life — And the Journal That Got Me There

You know manifesting starts with getting clear on what you want.
But that’s nearly impossible when you’ve been dumped headfirst into the chaos of a spiritual awakening.
Maybe you blew up your life on purpose. Maybe the universe ripped the rug right out from under you. Either way, becoming your real self is messy, unpredictable, and rarely “Instagram pretty.”
You’re not manifesting every day. You’re not grateful every moment. And some days, the last thing you want is deep shadow work.
So you grab a journal (or ten) and try to make sense of it all, one page at a time.
And you will. Because you want to and you're looking for the tools to do it.
That why I created Shadow & Light. It's all the messy bits of what I used, dabbled in and played with to go from being homeless to a 6 figure job and a beautiful apartment in only 1.5 years.
In these pages, you’ll find:
Clarity prompts to uncover what you truly want
Mindset rewiring exercises to dissolve limiting beliefs
Money and receiving work to break the “just enough” cycle
Manifestation methods that fit real life (even messy days)
Daily and weekly rituals to keep you moving forward without burnout
It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress, even when you don’t feel ready.
It's all possible, One page at a time.
Who is it for?
If you have ever held your tongue to keep the peace, felt rage build in your body with no words to express it, or made a bold exit just to finally breathe, I created this for you.
Shadow and Light is for the busy woman who dips in and out of her spiritual practice but needs a guide when life feels messy. It is not a strict routine or another thing on your to-do list.
It's a safe space to process emotions, untangle patterns, and turn your anger, grief, or confusion into clarity and power.
You can open it at any time and start wherever you are. It is here to meet you in the moment and remind you that your voice matters, your feelings are valid, and your power is waiting.
About The Author
I know what it’s like to lose everything. Divorce, debt, isolation. I had no home, no backup plan, just my dog, my truck, and a pile of broken pieces.
That could’ve been the end. But it was the just the beginning.
I stopped pretending. I stopped performing. I got quiet. I got honest. I rebuilt my life on truth, not expectation. I started standing up for myself.
This journal was born from that journey. It's not feel good woo woo fluff. It's bits and bobs of all the good stuff that really helped me.
If you’re tired of the chaos. If you’re tired of being the strong one, the planner, the fixer. The repeating patterns.
If you know there’s more but you can’t quite reach it. THIS is your sign.

This isn’t about finding yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
I got you babe. And this time, you’re the one writing the story. You are not alone. ❤️
